SQUARE ENGINEERING WORKS(SEW), has been promoted by Mr. B.G SURESH BABU in 1987, is one of the leading Manufacturers of machine Tool Accessories & Fixtures in Bangalore, India, It is located near one of the largest industrial Estate in Asia,Peenya,SEW specialises in Machine Tool Slideways,Modular Fixtures & Multi purpose Modular Vice.

The unit is Managed by Mr. B.G.SURESH BABU, Managing parner,a technocrat armed with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering who completed his technical training at the motor industries company Limited(Licences bosch company) with an outstanding performance of being the FRIST RANK holder in the state for the year 1983 and has to this credit, more than 23 years of experience in Engineering,Design & Manufacturing with reputed customers like MICO,TELCO,ISGEC,HMT,BFW,ACE,FOURESS AND BRAKES INDIA etc.

WORK FORCE AND TRAINING:

SEW has employed & trained competent personnel to look after functions like Design, Marketing Manufacturing & Quality Control to ensure that globally accepted Quality Standards are maintained & sustained. SEW has strength of 25 Employees.

Training plays a major role in the development of any industry. It Increases the capabilities and abilities of the employees. The company has a structured training program conducted by internal and external faculties to keep the workers and engineers competent. Training is one of the daily activity of SEW. The senior executives are regular trained by external reputed institutions. In turn they will be conducted training class in the company everyday.

The Manufacturing Unit of SEW in Bangalore is following a well-planned Quality Control System with Quality Plans in places at all stages from Raw Materials to finished Goods & for all types of components, with systematic recording of all inspection parameters. All Instrument are calibrated periodically through recognised Agencies. The SEW is Quality conscious and supplies almost all its items to ISO certified companies. Company has already taken up world class manufacturing system and it will also be taking ISO 9000 by next financial year SEW has Exported its products earlier.

SEW is also a member of India Machine Tool Manufactures by IMTMA and UNIO, Having participated in the Largest Manufacturing Technology show in South and South-East Asia, IMTEX 2001 Exhibition generating a great many applause for its product.
SEW is also a member of BANGALORE MACHINE TOOL EXPORTERS CONSORTIUM and Mr. B.G.Suresh Babu is the president of the same.

Guide ways and Slideways Assemblies:

Guide ways and Slideways are the products, which made our company's name familiar to machine tool industry. Now 14 sizes of guide strips are available ex stock. These guides are available in matched sets to suit the requirement. In addition to this, Sideways are available casted or fabricated, Machined, Guideways fitted and slidways Ground Condition as per IS-1878-1992. SEW is first company in india to manufacture Guideways up to 2.15mts in single piece. Now SEW manufactures Nitraded Guideways also.
